Yao already started teaser print ads for his airline, which has been re-christened as Zest Airways. “There’s a new Zest in the Air!” heralds the print ad, with the nose of unknown white aircraft peaking out the blue sky.

Zest Airways will be the third airline in the region, after Indonesia’s budget airline Merpati Nusantara and Laos’ Lao Airlines, to be flying the 50-60 seater Chinese aircraft.
Starting today, Asian Spirit is now Zest Air. Same flights, same prices (or they may create some promotional rates for some period).
Exciting for me kasi first time kong sumakay ng Asian Spirit last Saturday (Manila – Caticlan) and supposedly tomorrow from Caticlan to Manila. According to my agent, ZestAir na daw ang airplane na sasakyan ko. Sana bago yung masakyan ko kasi medyo disturbing yung flight ko with Asian Spirit’s very tired airplane.

may birong sinasabi nga noon tungkol sa asian spirit na pag sumakay ka daw ng eroplano nila….may tsansa na after 30 minutes ay holy spirit ka na. wahaha!
bah! nasa bora ka pala. pasaluvongggg!
oo nga! imagine halos buong flight papunta nakailang Our Father, Hail Mary at Glory be ako!
It will be just a repainted aircraft. At least the paint is new
Hi ar-wee-der-yet. Good if they will be repainting the body because the plane that was assigned for our flight looked so tired already. Better if they’d also update the inside (and work on the leaking aircon!). Best if they’d phase-out the old ones and just use the new ones (which hopefully will all come in before I take my next trip somewhere).
